Q: How do I reserve a bounce house?

A: You can reserve a bounce house online, email us or call Captain Bounce House at 253-271-1220.

Q: How much does it cost to rent?

A: Rental prices vary, depending on your bouncy castle. Full payment is required at time of booking.

Q: When will the driver arrive to setup?

A: We plan the delivery route according to the times and locations of all deliveries. Your delivery could be as early as 8AM. We will text you the day prior with your delivery window. The driver will give a courtesy call when they are on the way. We guarantee your bounce house will be setup and ready for use by the start of your event.

Q: When will the driver return to pick up?

A: Because a lot of our parties end at the same time, the driver could return to pick up as late as 9:00 PM.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: You must cancel your reservation at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. If canceled within the 14 days, you will receive a full credit to be used in the next year.

Q: What if it rains the day of my party?

A: In most situations, the rain should not affect the kids enjoyment. If you decide to cancel due to the weather, you must call the day before your event. You will then be given a full credit to use within the next year. We start our deliveries at 8AM. If you decide to cancel during or after the setup, there is no partial or full refund allowed.

Q: Can you deliver if we have stairs?

A: Because bounce houses are so big and heavy, we cannot transport them up stairs or hills. If we arrive to deliver, and there are stairs or hills, we must find an alternate location as we cannot give refunds. 

Q: Do you provide rentals at parks?

A: We cannot accommodate rentals at parks. We can only deliver to residences at this time.

Q: What happens if the inflatable is punctured or torn during the party? Will I be responsible for the damages?

A: We understand that normal wear and tear is part of renting inflatables. If there is a problem, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it quickly. As long as the simple guidelines are followed, you will not be charged for damages.

Q: Do you provide discounts for multiple rentals?

A: Yes, feel free to call or email us to discuss in further detail.

Q: Do you accommodate for overnight rentals?

A: Absolutely. Please send us an email with dates and times of rental. We will get back with you ASAP.

Q: Do the prices include delivery fee and sales tax?

A: Delivery cost depends on the address of delivery, and local sales tax will apply.

Q: Do you provide the power cord?

A: Yes, we provide a power cord up to 75 ft. If the distance is greater, a generator rental will be needed.

Q: Do you provide a generator for rent?

A: Yes, we can provide a generator for rent at $50 per party.

Q: What type of surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. We do not set up on dirt or rocks, as the continuous rubbing could cause damage to the inflatable. Please also be considerate and have the area clear of animal feces.

Q: Is there a cleaning fee?

A: There will be a $75 cleaning fee if there is drink, food, candy, gum, silly string, glitter, confetti, slime, animal hair or anything else that requires extra cleaning. Grass is okay and expected.

Q: Are animals allowed in the bounce house?

A: Absolutely not! There is a risk the animal could tear or puncture the inflatable.
